The Cottons had a large beautiful site looking to the Coast mountain range, a nice house, a nice pool, and a rotting deck that was only usable for a few months during the summer. They wanted a full outdoor living area that would be usable for at least half the year, where they could entertain and enjoy their remarkable back yard.
